Flush beginning soon on these cookies!!

Hello everyone ! I'm currently on day 42 of my 1 light crop and will be beginning my flush in one week. I was wondering the best way to flush my plants, I've heard using molasses the first week of flush then regular water last week to finish it off. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! Here's some pics of them

So on the topic of flushing, I had asked why their last week of their grow guide it suggests a week of flush, why?

This is the response from Canna, I've had a few great emails with them.. Their customer service is absolutely on point.

Good question! flushing is a myth in terms of what people think it does, which is magically purging the plant from all its accumulated garbage.
That does not happen. what ever gets in and cannot be used, will be stored in plant material and will not be available again, even if you starve the plant for
a month.

the true side though is that in the last 7-15 days, nutrient uptake seriously goes down as the plant focuses on final ripening, therefore, adding nutrient could be akin to wasting money.

Boost helps the plant finish off the process that are begun, keeps photosynthesis more efficient, keep the immune system high, helps it focus on flowering by moving stored root energy upward where leafs/flowers can use it.

CANNAZYM, If you are re-using your growing medium, will help keep it clean to prevent disease on the new generation, but even if you are not re-using, it still helps keep the dying roots healthier.
(more or less an insurance policy, if everything is good and healthy, perhaps you can use the normal dilution (2.5/L) or less often or none a t all... that is very personal choice.

in the end if someone always ran on the hot, dry, overfeeding side, even if he flushes for a month the product will taste bad.

Curing time, humidity levels and even how tight the thing is rolled can make for a difference in burning qualities.

some genetics also naturally taste harsher than others, having a very high oil content (which should be good ;) can also create some coughing.

Cheers!

I think it would be weird if they started to suggest advanced nutrients
no, but advanced would answer the question suggesting the use of their products, and so on and so on. Those products are designed to separate you from your money. Only stoners buy into these things. real gardeners don't use flushy flush.lol

Dude, they were trying to sell you product. And they never even bothered to attempt to answer what flushing does or doesn't do. That response is actually pretty funny.

Boost and zym isn't a flushy flush

Ones a pgr booster and ones a benny to convert dead roots to food.

Clear res, and shit diluted javex and soap flushing agents I have no faith in. But Its my first run with canna, I figured I'd give their whole line a try, it's been perfect so far, I haven't even added a drop of ph up or down the entire grow.

For a crop that's worth over 10-15 grand on the low end, I don't really care too much that I spend an extra 100 bucks to try something new.

They said to no feed during the last week..

And use boost and zym if you want to.

What the fuck are they trying to sell me?

Ummm, I don't know. Maybe boost and zym???
I could see your answer being justified if the email stated I have to use them or the plant will die or be shit.

He just said it can be used if you want its personal preference. I appreciate the honesty. IL try some with and some without. I don't mind expirimenting

What do you use to feed your coco grow? Start to finish?
