Flowering?

I have 4 Plants two Thai Sticky and two Ice growing in my closet. I have 3 compact fluorescent lights that output 100W each so a total of 300 watts for a 3x3x8 Ft. area. With a fan circulating the air in and out of the area.
I am about to go into the flowering stage and was wondering if i should add more lights and how many for the flowering stage to be optimum.

Also how should i make the change in light cycles

double your lights and get the ones made for flowering.

well since you said optimum, i would upgrade to atleast a 400watt if you want to grow the real deal. cfl = whispyness.

as for the second question, simply pick out the time you want to flower and start it on 12/12. ive used 10am to 10pm and now im using 11am (lights go off) to 11pm (lights come on). my night time strategy is good cus it reduces sketchyness; my place is normal looking until 11pm then the lights go on and everything gets tropical.
