It depends where the leaves are falling from.

Naturally the plant will lose some bottom foliage if your light penetration isnt good.

If you are getting premature falling of alot of leaves then you will need to add Nitrogen and keep your plants as green as you can for as long as you can.

No. It's not okay to lose your leaves this early.
The plant is just now forming new flowers and hasn't really begun on the trichomes.
Natural leaf loss begins around the 6th to 7th week on most 8 to 10 week strains.

If you're losing leaves from the outside in, where the edges dry out and become crispy and the "meat" of the leaves is bleaching out before dying off as well... That's nutrient toxicity. This is VERY common for new growers who begin using their bloom nutrients around this time without respect to ppm levels in the media already.

I'd suggest you post a picture so we can tell you one way or another.

It's something effecting the roots, I believe the toxicity of the soil is too high. The plant is feeding from the fans for energy. If your plantpot and soil has good drainage I would flood and drain them daily by emersing the plantpot up to the top of the soil into a large container of airated water for two minutes daily. These same symptoms that you have described can also be attributed to poor drainage of your soil and plantpot.

dont think thats right , even with 1000w hps lighting lower leaves drop due to lack off light exposure (plants drop them as it has no need for them as they r mostly shaded. ) Best to give people info learned thru experience not from some old grow guide.

My moms are in a trough and I grow them like a hedge. Sure the leaves that don't recieve any light turn a very light shade of green and fall off. The only way to stop this is to add more lighting to these shaded areas. At three weeks in the budding room I'd be concerned if any fans other than the fans the plant was cloned with started falling off.
