Taste like hash. deep, usually coffee chocolate nutty phenolic notes.
And that time frame is just when it really starts degrading. At that point all or most is decarbed and aroma has developed fully. Thc will begin tp rotate and break down, delta 8 is the first and largest byproduct, cbn also forms to a lesser extent. Cbd is more stable, altering the high to more in the body. Also taking into account cbns binding affinity is some 9 times lower. All of these still have psychoactive proprieties but still degrading and less potent

Hash is also sealed from o2, notice the color difference and the "skin" on the outside

Thats what I will do with my trim. I will make hash and age it without opening the jar. First I need lots of trim. This is a project worth doing. Thank you for the ideas.

Also dont wait till crunchy to trim or jar. Trimming should be done rigjt after harvest. You should jar before anything begins to crisp
