1x250 watt 2700kelvin envirolight IMO, i have had great results in the past. or at least 5 42watt 2700kelvin spiral cfl's. spread the around the plant(s) about an inch away.:joint:

im using 5000 k and i heard they were good for the whole grow?
Someone told you a lie, I grew with 250watters for years and you need 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower, a 5000k would have too little red spectrum and your buds would be light, airy and stretched due to continually seeking out the correct light.:joint:

do u know how mutch one of those envirolights are?
Wher do you live? If you live in the UK then you can buy good quality 250watt reflector and both bulbs for about £100 I have one I dont use any more and would be more than glad to sell it to you but the transit of the bulbs is very difficult. I had 3 sets of bulbs sent to me b4 they arrived intact! Greens horticulture have a good range and they are very reliable and discreet, no customer databases etc.

i live in the U.S how mutch in us $ would u want for those lights?
I would only want $120 the bulbs are new, but like I said they probably wouldnt survive transit, so I wouldnt be happy doing it, along with the other obvious reasons. Just google envirolights and you will get a better idea of where to get them! Greens horticulture send stuff abroad check them out!

In Uk the boxes for the bulbs ahve all the details on them (usually). Yes the light appears yellower/warmer. Gluck:joint:
