You need to at least paint that other wall white. You are loosing light there. A reflector above your cfl's to reflect the light back down also. Those floros should be about an inch away from your plants.

haha i actually just put the plants on a stand and now they are much closer

But my question wasnt answered...(i dont think atleast)

so which ones would better my yield? the two 45's or the 2 100's?

it all about the most light you can get and in a decent range so the plant can absorb it well. so 2 100W cfls got more punch then 2 45W, but since 45W cfls are far cheaper then 100W ones you should shop maybe in the first place for more 45W ones since the also fit into normal E27 type sockets, those 100Wcfls normally need the far less common E40 socket which costs about 3 times as much.
