I'm only a few days into my first grow now but I was wondering what kind of yields people were coming up with while flowering with CFL's..I've been thinking about using about 5 warm CFL's that are all =100W a piece to flower for my first grow & am just looking for an idea of what I could come up with

there isnt an exact way of calculating that.... it depends on many variables... light nutes space watering and all that oher crap... u didnt even give specifics ? what else are you using... are u veging for 2 weeks or 2 months..... if i were you i'd be focusing on learning how to get more out of your plants throu lst ect. instead of asking how much ull get from ur plants :) ill give you a general guess on the info i have... i'd say anywere between...
2 1/2 oz and 10 lbs :)

note cfl grows usally come up with less then hps... check around forums for ppl with your situation...

Are they 100 watts or are they 100 watt equivalent, I am willing to bet they are 27 watts. Keep your plants short as these lights will not have great pentration through the canopy. For my own reference can you please give me the manufacturer of the bulb you are using. I would also suggest you check the grow journal section and read, read, read.

Thank you for trying to help everyone..I have been reading journals, threads, the faqs on this site, & also looking everywhere else I can find info for about a month now..I was just trying to get some kind of idea on how they could come out..I'll probably only veg them for a little under a month with it being my first grow & wanting to learn & all..the lights are actually only 26W's, this I know..that's why I keep adding more..they are GE Daylight CFL's 26W, 1600 Lumens, 6500K a piece..I keep the soil moist & we're not ready to use any nutes yet..I'm only a few days in..it's a closet setup that's about 5ftx2ftx2ft..I know it'd be best to flower with a HPS but I don't want to get one really until I know more about what I'm doing..& I couldn't get your gallery to load Tech209

These are good for vegging but for flowering you need warm white around 2700k You can mixed them later for more lumen. Consider buying UVB bulb also it makes THC better quality.

if you really want to increase your yields then and you want to stay with cfl's then you should think about upgrading to some 2' t-5's or 4' t-5's. They produce a ton more light and they are more compact. Check them out, I have them in my setup and I love them!

ignore them..... just use cfls till you know what your doing.. then consider alternatives ( hps mh uv led ) i suggest getting more lights if you plan on flowering... you can get higher wattage cfls for cheap at 1000bulbs.com , then mabe put up some mylar on walls and try to get some venting up mabe lightproof the doors all that stuff that is a 1 time thing. so learn how to set up a good grow area woll your learning to grow :)

Yeah and then after this grow buy an HPS...CFLs are not very good in flower. I've done both CFL and HPS...not even close, buds are denser and bigger with HPS. If you're doing one plant or two go with the CFLs for now but a CFL vs. HPS is not even close in comparison. Floros aren't half bad either if heat is an issue.
