Flowering while under 24/0 lighting.

Alright so I'm almost done with my first grow. When we first put the plants into flowering we cut our clones and now we have them rooted and vegging under T5 lights hanging roughly 2 inches above the plants. The problem we're having is even though we have them under 24/0 fluorescent lights they are showing signs of being female with white hairs coming out the nodes and a bud very very very slowly developing on the top cola. My question is do I cut away anything that displays the sex of the plant? I mean I figured that even though we took our cuttings from a plant that was in the beginning stages of flowering I thought it would just revert back to the vegetative state. Secondly, I just cant figure out how a plant is even showing its sex under 24/0 lights? If someone can help me out that would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Aztros - Pre-flowers show during the veg state or during 24/7. And since it was taken from a plant that had begun the flowering state, you need to wait a couple of weeks for it to revert back to vegging. Also, don't cut anything off. Just give it a little time. Some even just wait for the clone to root and then put it right back into service in the flowering room.

Thanks I really appreciate it... I was just really confused and needed some advice. I want them to be a bit bigger before I induce flowering I'm gonna give em a few weeks to go back to vegging. Thanks again!
