flowering questions

You can put a plant in to flower at any time you want but the plant will not show sex till it is mature enough. Usually people wait at least a month before flowering. But really it';s up to you.

I've seen plants as small as 7" full flower and ready for harvest. Looked like a wast of time for two bowls. A plant will yeild much more if it grows at least a foot tall before flowering.

I'm curently growin purple kush, and I put it into flower 2 weeks after it sprouted, and it is now one solid 7 inch tall bud, and its not even halfway through flowering

I put a plant in flower at like 3-4" and it is now like a foot tall and the whole thing is bud and probably got like month and a half give or take to go.

Pretty much, It's growth was stunted when it was 4 inches tall and just kinda sat in the corner of the room getting minimal attention until one day I noticed white hairs poking out and took her under my wing hoping to get at least a blunt out of it but looks like I'll get a lot more than that out of her:mrgreen:

She'll be about a month behind my other plant which is gonna be going another two weeks, just started flushing her today.

Now tha I've seen what I can do with CFL's I can't wait to start playing with the big boy toys ( HPS )

i honestly dont think he cares about how small he can make his plant... i just think hes not asking the right questions. odd's are hes working with a limited space and needs to know if its possible for him to grow there.. so ima say this... if you have only a certain amount of space to grow. then grow your plants to about half of the available size you have then begin flowering bcuz the plant should about double in size woll in flowering. dont flower your plants be4 that because you will be wasteing potential for your space and dont flower after that or you will end up growing your plants throu the ceiling. if your worried about size search LSt or SCRoG

i have a little space and just doing a test grow of theese seeds a friend gave me
and im only gonna grow it about a foot since the cabinet i built for it its just over 2 feet tall..

ohh tricky tricky... if you can best thing to do is have a mother plant, only about a foot tall than take about 10 clones and put them in flowering as soon as they root. they should only be about a foot tall at harvest.
