flowering problem or not?

i just began to flower my 2 plants, its been 3 days under 12/12 . Yesterday morning i checked my plants and they were all droopy just hanging down .. during veggie state plants were strong but ever since flowering ive noticed that they are droopy while light is off once light is on they are back to normal after the first 3 hours of light on. is this normal?

oh btw here is a pic from when i first turn on lights maybe 15 minute after. by the time it turns off they usually grow about 1-2 inch.

looks fine, but why are you cutting your plants source of nutrition?

im workin in a very small area an clip leaves half way to get light to lower buds[each plant has about 6 kolas on them]. i was just clipping random full leaves an it was severly effecting the size of flowers, but with half cuts it seams to grow the same.
