flowering or lack thereof

I have a plant that went into flowering about 3-4 weeks ago but it hasn't even started growing buds yet, it just keeps getting bigger what could cause this? I thought by now it would show buds but just more and more leaves keep showing up. If you need more info just let me know I don't want to type it all up if it is pointless.

Are you growing indoors? If so, your room needs to be completely lightproof for the dark cycles. Hope this helps

You sayin' you put the plant into 12/12 a month ago and the plant is stretching, but zero signs of buds forming yet?

I'm growing indoors, its not stretching really its just growing healthy. But yes zero signs of buds plenty of hairs on every node and at the top just no buds, just leaves.

I have a 400 watt hps, It looks very healthy I just thought there would be some nice pretty green buds on it .

could be that the plants have too much N and not enough P what nutes are you using?

doing like 1/3 strength mg bloom buster, I know it sucks but it's all I have.
