Flower Day 50 and the TRICH's are CRYSTAL CLEAR and COLOURLESS

I'm getting a little impatient.
48 days of Veg
now 50th Day of Flower
but the pistils are still 50% white
and very noticeable
plus the Trichomes are as clear as the purest of spring waters
and as colourless as a Mississippi Klan meeting.

As the plants flower how much of the bud weight forms during the first month
and during the last month....?
Over the last fortnight I cannot see any additional bulk to my buds,
but that could be an optical thing.....???

And why does the word 'TRICHOME' always trigger my spellchecker???

IT'S A REAL FUCKING WORD
YOU DUMB FUCKING LAPTOP!!!

They can pack on alot of wieght in the last two to three weeks. Did you start your count from when you flipped lights if so you prob have an added week or so in to whatever you have left. Also when you are going by seed bank times , I always say give or take one to two weeks. If you started when you first started seeing pistils you should be close on time. but add or subtract depends on trich color one to two weeks either way. If seed bank says 7 to 9 I always figure 11 and go by trichs

That's music to my ears!

I started the count from the day I flipped from 18/6 to 12/12.
(which was January 1st).

I'd left them vegging for 48 days which I now realize was too long.
The 2nd crop will be flipped after 28 days of veg.
Which will be March 1st.
- I took cuttings on Dec 31st,
left them rooting until Jan 31st*
then I started 18/6 veg on February 1st

*The reason it took 31 days to root the cuttings was because I was inadvertently foliar feeding them
so roots took far longer than necessary.
Even so I still successfully rooted 23 out of 24
- the 24th was killed after I ripped open the rooting sponge to search for roots!

This is also very strain dependent. If you're working with a sativa then its very common to not see much weight addition or trichs milking up because it still has weeks to go. If it is an indica dominant plant then it will probably start milking up pretty soon. Patience pays off!

I don't know the specific strain
I was told SKUNK#1...
but only after asking several times
and I suspect he just threw me an answer (any answer!)

But it's defo an Indica Dom.

No doubt about that.

Ironically
The cuttings of these flowering plants
are now 19 days into Veg
and shooting ever higher
on a daily basis.

I just want some finished 'product' to smoke, sell, swap....
and some trim leaves/lower buds
on which to try making BHO/QWISO
