FLORIDA PASSES GUN CONTROL

I am for equal rights. Everyone has the same equal right to own a firearm here....I thought I made that pretty clear.

I'm not trying to be disagreeable, but quite simply, you are mistaken. You aren't for equal rights, you are for equality of servitude, there's a huge difference.

What you have described isn't a right, it's a revocable privilege. The reason why it's a revocable privilege should be pretty clear. If you can't see it, I guess I could give you a more in depth explanation...

So what happens if you don't do what some people say you must and you have the wrong kind of gun or fail to get permission via a registration of some kind or another, will somebody sent by an "authority" with a gun come visit you ?

Are you okay with the "deciders" using guns against people who haven't used guns in offensive ways, but who just don't think they need to ask permission of the people who you claim are also their equals?

imaginary history is your specialty
History denial ? So blacks weren't victimized by gun seizure laws in the USA ?

Now moving up to the present...Are you denying that your proposed policy of gun seizure would require using guns to enforce and that you are advocating a gun seizure plan even MORE MASSIVE than the KKK loved?

So, your ideas are more restrictive than the KKK and consolidate guns in the hands of "authorities" who you claim have more right to use them than anybody else, including black people. So there you go again, denying equal rights.

Nice job, Adolph.

Incorrect.

I'm sorry if you think that a person who cannot show they have a need for and pass the test to own one is such a bad idea. Perhaps we should do away with road rules and driving licences to...

If your braking the law then yes I spose "someone with a gun" may visit you. Police officers here do wear a side arm. Ive never seen them take one out though but I'm sure if you point a gun at them they will.

You get weird again. So ill just point out again that I live in a rural area in a rural state. Most of my friends own firearms, Most of my friends exceed the storage rules for guns and all of them think the laws are fine. Its not a big deal. Not sure why people like you think its a bad thing. Unless of cause the reason you think it bad is because you are mentally unstable or have a violent back ground and therefore lose your right to a gun or if you have no reason for a gun except to stroke whilst watching porn on TV. If it means less innocent people shot just going about their business then its worth the inconvenience obtaining the legal requirements.

So if you're "braking" the law, but you aren't harming anybody, which is exactly what happens when you don't ask permission to have a gun and you are a peaceful person, do you think you should be attacked by people ?

How does asking another person for permission to own something demonstrate that you are their equal?

I'm not getting weird, I'm exposing your duality and you haven't really answered the questions, that's why I've asked again.

Should have equal Mental health? or Corp profits?

The info is still available for the time being:

Censorship is alive and well in the US, more guns wont help if you don't know where the target is.

You dont have to harm anyone in breaking laws....You could be doing 60kmh in a 50kmh zone for eg. Law broken and no one hurt...but a law broken

Your not asking permission at all from any one person. Every one has the equal right to own a gun. If you happen to have been convicted of a violent crime or you suffer from mental illness or show you don't have the capacity to own and operate a lethal weapon then you have forfeited your right to own one.
If your a responsible member of society with enough brains to pass a fairly easy cause then I don't see why you think its a bad idea. After all the main argument people against any firearm laws is that its mental illness and criminals who cause mass shootings.

Now if you want to live in anarchy, with no laws at all then perhaps you need to move somewhere else were people don't care about others. Kids should not be shot at at schools, Kids should not have their school be a prison. Kids should not have to grow up thinking violent mass shootings is normal, and its become that way. What do you guys get one mass shooting a week on avg or something?? Time to make a change. What you are doing has not worked.

Time your way of thinking started becoming the solution because the kids are sick of it and when they make the change (and they will) you may want your say in it.

Let me explain why you are incorrect. Everyone DOES NOT have the equal right to own a gun. If it were a right, you wouldn't have to ask and receive another persons permission. What you are describing as a right, is not a right.

What you have described is equality of oppression.

So why don't you believe in equal rights and why do you think it's okay to use government guns to suppress equal rights?

I have a potato gun. It can mash, dice, slice, fry and saute as well as shoot large tuberous projectiles.

What can your gun do?

They do have an equal right. If they throw that right away then thats their problem.
I'm guessing that you have thrown your right away to legally own a firearm?

Govt guns? Seriusly..Majority of the population are law abiding peaceful people who don't need "Govt Guns" to make them follow the rule of law. The majority of the population realise the rule of law is to protect us and the vulnerable and don't need to be policed. If a police officer ever pointed his gun at me id be shocked and would probably sue them. We don't live the way you seem to.

Your obviously a bit of a looney so ill end my, well I was going to call t a debate but you don't seem to use any facts. But ill say this again. The majority will have their say on the issue and the majority is growing. if you wont be part of the solution then you may not what solutions they come up with.

It seems like you are having difficulty distinguishing between a privilege and a right. So could you describe what you believe a right is and what makes it different from a government granted revocable privilege ?

I'm guessing you won't describe the difference between a right and government granted privilege as I asked, since I realize for you to do so would illustrate how you don't support equal rights and nobody likes to be proven wrong.

Guns? I own a squirt gun. Not those cheap 10 in a bag squirt guns kids get as party favors at birthday parties. Mine is a high powered one, capable of fending off a herd of dehydrated camels or being a prime tit soaker at a wet t-shirt contest. A real versatile piece of plastic. I'd like to hunt lions with it, but I'd rather wrassle them as it's more sporting.

How about you, have you been granted permission to have a gun ? How about bed time, do they let you stay up really really late too?

It's a fact that a right and a privilege are two different things.

It's also a fact if some people own guns with or without your permission and use them to enforce a law against you if you haven't asked for and gotten permission from them to own a gun, you can't possibly support equal rights. Since they have guns as a default and you don't. They don't need or ask your permission, but you ask for theirs. That is the evidence you are NOT their equal, and you support that.

Could you point out where either of my statements are in error?

Calling somebody a looney doesn't disprove anything does it ?
