I'm sure this has been asked before, but What color florescent lights are the best to use for growing? Red, blue, or green or a combonation of them. Opinions?
You go by the k rating of the bulb. Example 2500k-3000k is high in orange and red spectrum (better for flowering) 6000k-10000k is higher in blue spectrum. (better for veg)
