Growing in flood and drain tables in 6" rock wool cubes.
I have been flooding my tables to 3" once a day in flower and have come across some posts that show flooding to as low as 1/4" and twice a day.
This would have advantages as it would require smaller reservoirs and less waste and expanse when changing out the res.
how deep do you other flood and drain guys (or gals) flood your tables?
