flood and drain

ive been growing in soil for about 3 years i just got a flood and drain set up ima have some clones to experament with ok so how much times a day do i flood and for how long would 15min be good and for nutes i got two part sensi grow and b12 for veg all from advance nutes (how much do i put in 4 the first go around meaning for the first week?) ill figure everything out after i get the nutes locked dwn i know ph is suppose to stay at 5.6 and wen do i flush or do they get nutes every feed im useing rockwool if that helps i know rockwool gets salt build up and wen do i change the resever and prevent bacteria and other unwanted things thnx in advance asking for the experts on this one jay

Nutes generally give recommendations on the bottle, i start with maybe 20% strength and work up until it burns.
You need a ppm/ec reader to see how much is in your water.

yea i got all the gadgets ph meter ppm meter ima just start with 1/4 nute strength but on the flood and drain is my problem i dnt know how long to leave it flooding and how much times a day do i let it flood
