Flo-N-Gro

I want to buy a Flo-N-Gro system, their standard size is 4 gallon containers with 3 gallon mesh pots.
their giant size is 6.6 gallon with 10" mesh pots. In soil I veg. until they are about 20" to 22" then flip
to 12/12. And want to do about the same when I try hydro. Would I be better off with the standard
size or should I get the Giant?

Standard size is fine, they shouldn't have a problem getting rootbound in those. I have 3.5 gallon buckets and can grow some monsters in them, I just prefer to keep them smaller so I can fit more in my room.
