Flaw check / experienced growers opinion?

Hi First time grower here. I plan on growing very soon, and have been thinking about it quite a bit. I'd like a few opinions of some more experienced people, to see if everything sounds ok. My plan is:

Start seeds in peat cups. I have ~15 bagseeds, 5 orange kush, and plan to order some fem purple #1.

At 1 week after breaking ground, I plant peat cups in soil. My grow area is way back in the woods, across a creek, down a ravine, and about a quarter mile from the nearest house. the soil is very fertile, or at least it looks that way. I had a Ph tester, and the Ph tested at 6.3.

While the plants are young, I plan on placing them under 100 qt sterilite clear containers, turned upside down, over the plant. This keeps animal from eating them, as well as acting as a mini greenhouse. Surrounding the plants under the containers, I will lay foil, the super reflective kind, to reflect light onto the plants.

When the plants reach a height that the top leaves are touching the container, I will remove the container, and sex the plant. I will kill all of the males. ( With machete :-P ) and let the females grow wild. Im debating buying coyote scent spray, and spraying the area every few weeks to keep animals away, but I think that the plants will be large enough that animals wont bother with them.

When harvest time comes round, I will harvest the sativas first, when the first trichs turn brown, but not before all trichs are cloudy, and the indicas when about 3/4 of the trichs are browned.

I will dry and cure using the jar method.

So the obvious questions remain.
Is that coyote scent a must have?
are there any flaws in my system?
Are there any ways to make my system better?
What should my total yield be (Dry)?

Any advice/criticism/contribution at all encouraged.

you need fert in holes, mulch lime water crystals nitrogen rich ferts. If hasnt rained fro 2-3weeks ,get out and water them. Not sure about the container method plants need free flowing air. Better off growing seedlings to about a foot and taking them out there thus avoiding rats mice at this hieght. Now prob will be deer etc, so build a fence around the patch(with post holes wired up and pegged down) ,this way once its built the pen is safe from hungry animals every season, it becomes your fenced patch. If u dont build a fence the plants will get eaten. And another thing, the sativas will finish later than the indicas.
