FISA Abuse troll is a scam.

So here is what I think is happening. In October 2016, come opened up a FISA on Carter Page (who was one of 3 suspicious Russian linked Trump campaign members.
Screen Shot 2019-12-13 at 5.05.43 PM.png
Giuliani got a tip from the New York Field office about the investigation and that is why Comey had to go public about Weiner's laptop (conveniently) having a cache of Clinton's emails.
Screen Shot 2019-12-13 at 5.07.56 PM.png

When Trump wins, Guiliani knows about the Attorney's loophole and has the perfect guy for Trump:

Guiliani, who is in Ukraine working on 'cyber security', at the same time (mid to late 2017) an old criminal buddy of his just happens to get a far higher level job than his resume would suggest to Sessions who also cannot be investigated by the IG.
Screen Shot 2019-12-13 at 7.31.18 PM.png

And now we know that Rudy is pushing a Russia contrived conspiracy theory, Whitaker was kept on as an attorney so he can't be questioned by the IG, just like Barr who came in and silenced the Mueller report. And now with full redaction power of the IG report, Barr has given the Russians everyone that spoke to Christopher Steele so they can be silenced.

It really is a shame that Trump screwed up and held the whistleblower complaint too long exposing this entire scheme the Trump, the Russians, and Republicans cooked up.

It will be interesting how this all shakes out.

Great interview with Comey about a lot of the topics pushing in the trolling of this 'FISA abuse' smokescreen (although I wish someone would have pointed out that this was from the time period of Obama to 2018 when Comey was no longer Director, and the Attorney loophole Harris pointed out):

Comey had a good point about the leaking of Carter Page's name being leaked. I wanted to look it up and now remember hearing about this part:
Screen Shot 2019-12-15 at 1.41.57 PM.png

This is why I could never survive in DC. But anyways, He admits to lying but not being the leak.

Anyways. I am still digging through it, and of course saw (while looking for his court files) the Epoch times is pushing this as he was the leak. The guy gave a briefing that same day to the Senate Intelligence committee....

Below is from the court doc's of Wolfe (who was banging at journalist giving her and 3 others his goods), we can see it is in March 2017 (when Trump was POTUS and Nunes was Intel Committee that I believe requested the FISA) that was leaked (Wolfe did not plead to that however) and has been used by propagandists ever since.

"Shortly after" June 29,2017 is when the FISA application that the "OGC Attorney" changed the email to say Carter Page isn't with the CIA.

Screen Shot 2019-12-15 at 5.02.19 PM.png

June 29th 2017, A month after Mueller started his investigation, an attorney changed the email that is now giving ammunition to the FISA scandal. I am guessing this guy is going to end up being a plant pulling the immunity from the IG card....... Or I will be proved wrong in the next couple hundred pages....

check the sentencing memo of his now imprisoned campaign manager. Mueller states trumps campaign manager shared the trump campaigns internal polling data with Russian spies

If you’re still confused then check out the roger stone trial, don juniors treason meeting in trump tower, trump promoting Wikileaks 160+ times (he now claims he knows nothing about Wikileaks! (LOL)), him publicly asking russia for help then getting it 20 minutes later, his secret trump tower deal with the kremlin, the Russian promotion of his future campaign dating back to 2013, his public fellating of Putin in Helsinki while trashing the United States, kushners secret back channel with the kremlin, Jeff sessions perjury about his secret meetings with Russia, and so on and so forth

This video of Harris questioning Horowitz gets to the meat and potatoes of how this FISA troll was set up by Guiliani for Trump:

Guiliani told Trump to hire Whitaker (who had Guiliani as a lawyer at one point) as the acting AG (who is not able to be investigated by the IG) in order to set up the 2 FISA applications (which were altered) on Carter Page, which were just thrown out:

Screen Shot 2020-02-02 at 5.20.46 PM.png

Which opened up Barr (who also knows about the lawyer loophole since it was under his watch that it was originally put in place) to stop the Mueller report and start a IG investigation that he know wouldn't actually be able to apply any fault to who/why these last 2 FISA applications were changed.

Comey was right saying that Carter Page should be upset about his government using him as a political pawn, Trump never should have allowed this guy to get used as a political pawn in Trump's troll of the FBI.

I am watching on CSPAN.com here: https://www.c-span.org/video/?468923-1/fbi-director-wray-testifies-oversight-hearing, So am not confident that this is a legit youtube video of the hearing (no fake/edits kind of thing), because none of the legit news stations have posted it in full yet.

It is very interesting watching FBI Director Christopher Wray and the Congressmen's hyper specific language to make sure that everyone of the Republicans have their soundbites and don't get answers they don't want Trump to hear.

It is also telling the way the Democrats are giving him a lot of ground to answer questions without pissing off Trump too.

Rep Cohen (D-Tenn): "I dont want to get you in anymore trouble than your already in, I withdraw the question" Wray laughed, it was at the end of his time.

FBI was running dirty, now we see that exculpatory evidence was hidden by FBI in regards to Flynn not colluding with Russia and the infamous Trump Tower meeting not having anything to do with Russian collusion. Curious that the all impartial Mueller had this in his possession and chose to completely ignore it. Perhaps he was not impartial?

I love that these documents just happen to get dumped after a judge says the Congress has the right to access all of the Grand Jury material from the Mueller report.

Bill Barr back at work trying to give trolls something to spread before the real shit hits the fan.

By making this meeting more important that it was, because the hack and conversations between Michael Cohen and the Russians started up months before.

So the latest attempt of Trump to try to discredit the investigations the FBI have done into Russia attacking our elections that helped Trump get elected is out. Unfortunantly it is more of the same, not really anything of note in it other than they found about 390 issues in 39 applications between the period of October 2014 and September 2019 (most of this was during Trump's administration). However it did point out that 3 were perfect.

This is being used to say how bad Trump was treated (by Trump and his cult), but it clearly could have just been miss spelled words. And is of so little importance (other than giving trolls something to push) that it hasn't even been evaluated yet.

The only thing I find interesting at all in this report, is that we now know that the FBI was investigating Americans acting as foreign agents as early as October 2014, which is very close to the time that Russia started their attack on our democracy, shortly after Edward Snowden smuggled our NSA's programs to the Russians.

The FBI's response is equally bored with this FISA troll apparently, since the OIG didn't bother to take any stance on what was done incorrectly.Screen Shot 2020-03-31 at 8.24.08 PM.png

It will be very nice when Trump is out of office and people finally get to see what Dear Leader has been having his minions like Barr hide.

Until then I guess we will just have to watch as everything Barr's Justice department tries to attack Trump's enemies (You know American Federal Agents) gets laughed out of the grand jury or put into bullshit reports.

But since the FBI was onto the scam since 2014, I'm betting Mueller was right when he decided he had all he needed without Trump and his idiot kids testimony.

Notice Buck added 'Obstruction' after Mueller clearly stated "Yes" to him being able to convince Trump of a crime once he leaves office, Mueller clearly has the goods on Trump.

Lindsay Graham is such a fool, they are just playing the same old cult logic in today's hearing with Sally Yates.

Out of context always loses spectacularly.

Screen Shot 2020-08-05 at 1.12.52 PM.png

Grassley just gets owned after asking about his notes from Dear Leader. Grassley was giving a quote pretending it was about something else when in reality it was about the very real concern of Flynns backchannel with the Russians to neuter the implications of president Obama's sanctions on them.

And so it begins...down goes Clinesmith.

So a lawyer in June 2017 (well into Trump DOJ) changed a document that was submitted 2x previously correctly, is somehow going to be the thread that what proves Obama did something wrong and not Trump. who was in office at the time?

WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal prosecutor who was helping lead the investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe has resigned from the Justice Department, a spokesman said Friday.

Nora Dannehy was a top prosecutor on a team led by U.S. Attorney John Durham of Connecticut, who was appointed last year to lead an investigation into how the FBI and other federal agencies set out to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and whether the Trump campaign had coordinated with the Kremlin.

A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office in Connecticut confirmed Dannehy’s departure, which was first reported by The Hartford Courant, but declined to comment further.

Her departure could complicate the final stretch of an investigation already slowed by the coronavirus pandemic but eagerly anticipated by President Donald Trump and his supporters to uncover what they see as wrongdoing within the FBI during the Russia investigation. It leaves the investigative team without one of its veteran prosecutors as key decisions presumably await before the probe wraps up.

Durham’s appointment by Attorney General William Barr was made public soon after the release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report into Russian election interference. In the year and a half since, he has questioned former law enforcement and intelligence officials — former CIA Director John Brennan among them — about decisions made during the course of the Russia probe. Dannehy had been a top leader on the team, present for interviews with such officials, including Brennan.

The investigation has not yet produced the results that Trump supporters had been hoping for. There is also pressure to wrap up soon given that Justice Department policy frowns on investigative steps that could affect an election, though Barr has said that policy would not apply here since Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is not a target of the probe. It’s also not clear that Durham’s work would be permitted to continue if Trump loses in November and Democratic leadership assumes control at the Justice Department.

Trump himself has indicated that he wants results soon, saying at a White House press conference on Thursday that Durham was a “very, very respected man” and that his work would involve a “report or maybe it’s much more than that.”

The investigation has produced one criminal charge so far, against a former FBI lawyer accused of altering an email related to the surveillance of a former Trump campaign aide. But that prosecution did not allege a broader conspiracy within the FBI, and the conduct it involved had largely been laid out in a Justice Department inspector general report from last December.

It is not clear if Durham will be able to conclude his work before the election, though Barr has not ruled out the possibility of additional criminal charges.
