First transplant amending soil

I’m going from a seed starter soil in solo cups to a 1 gallon of fox farms happy frog. I want to amend the soil. Can I use half the recommended dose for amending my soil with Mother Earth root down and super worm frass? Mother Earth is a 3-6-3 and super worm frass is a 2-2-2

How long you gonna keep them in that 1gal? If the 1gal is not gonna be their final pot i wouldnt add anything to it.

The reason I am doing a transplant is cuz the soil was giving me problems. I’m going into 2 more pots after

Even more reason to not add anything for this repot. Save the richer stuff for the repot after the 1gal.
