First timer's questions

been growing for about a month and would like to get an multiple opinions on what to do next so i can narrow down exactly what to do. read something about pruning to make them wider. Dont exactly know how to determine the sex and when that will take place. Just need some in general help. I want to get the best out of my babies. I have enough room for them to grow like they want and the climate is perfect. I want to get a pound from each. I think i made my holes big enough for the roots to grow like the want so. I just need some info

you need to trim the top branch to get it to bush out or do some training (bending or tieing branches out of the way). they wont show sex probably until end of july, you need to get the males out quik. 1 lb is very attainable if you can give them proper attention

well proper attention will be no problem! another fellow forum responder told me on another post that they will have to grow 15 feet in order to get a lb off of ot. True or false? Well im going to post some more pics in a sec. Probably in the next couple of hours
