Honestly dude...whole lot of nothing I guess...I see a lot of pics of people with reflective material or cd's under the "Low-lit" areas of plants...so I figured it could'nt hurt...and the "Runt" is looking good now, so I guess you could say it "Helped?" :joint:bongsmilie

Wowwwww

the bloody 4x / 42Watt CFL's that I just installed are looking awesome...except, the box temp went up to HIGH 90s!!! :spew:

So....I unhooked my PC(Which I'm typing on now)..took off 1 of the 5 Fans I have running in it, (Intake), and am building a Cardboard "Holder" for the fan and working it in this evening!!...It will be installed 1.6 Feet above the other Intake..and THIS Intake will cut NEW Fresh air ACROSS the 8x CFL Bulbs...

Will post pictures shortly...Will also hit up Canadian Tire tomorrow for a "Light Trap" / Elbow for the Intake hole.:joint::joint:

I was maybe thinking you should have the exhaust on all the time instead of every 5 mins.....at least thats what your pic says....

But also my box got too hot with the 42w CFL's, so i had to cut a couple exhaust holes in the top of my lid that just let the warm air out that was rising to the top....there are pics if you wanna see em....It made the temp in the box perfect after i did that.

Let me know how it goes bongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie

Haha, Good guess!!...Indeed it is. Any reason you asked? the stem at 2 Weeks was VERY mangled and weird....but now at 3.5 weeks...it is very strong and well-set!...happy its turning out!

On a seperate note...my room smells VERY Dank...even with the DIY-Carbon Filter...:joint::joint::joint:
i had this one mangles plant i just let be and it came back from the dead! lol it's weird how this grow i'm doing now i'm finding a lot more problems during the earlier stages :?. must be the soil. your setup looks nice. i'm going to make something almost identical without the lights to dry my weed

Thanks alot dude, I appreciate your comments!

I took it off the timer for the time being to bring the temperature down, buttt, I had it on an "every 5 minute deal" to control the humidity in the box, which has been working VERYY Good so far..(Minus now with the Upgrade lights  lol) I read a post once a month or so back, in regards to controlling the tempature of a growbox/setup with having the exhaust on a timer and having it off to generate a nice atmosphere!...Who knows....Im new to all this :weed:

Can anyone else speak from experience with having the Exhaust not "On" 100% of the time? If so, I'll just NOT hook it back up when the tempature is gravyy.

**gotot**

Hey dude, thanks alot for your interest, its a great clean setup...And I look forward to seeing this runt grow and grow and grow and give me some Dank buddz! :joint:

Thanks again...tommorow i'll have new pics with a better camera hopefully >_<..and pics of the new "Intake" installed and operational

Nice dude, yeah, I have some "Holes" in the top from where I ran my "Coat Hangers" for added support of the vanity-light fixture, very similar! Hopefully this 2nd Intake will control it better then it is!

Nice man, hows the temp looking since you turned the fan on full time??? And the humidity in my box is only like 30% and it is working just fine for me, no problems.

Around 88" 89" in Temperature!
that's after about 24 hours since upgrade!

***gotot***

Would you recommend having Intake ' Exhaust on 100% of the time EVEN when in 12/12 Cycle?

Hmmmm....thats better but if i were you i would still try to bring it down to mid to lower 80's at least. Lets see some pics of the upgrade...is there any way to possibly make your exhaust holes a tad bigger? or maybe the ones on the top of the lid?
