this box is about 90cm2, with 2x 85w cfl 6700k, plus fans. The Dutch method seems to be a great option, the question is regarding which bulbs should be used 2700k or 6700k for the whole 12/12 cycle, should the 6700k be used on 12/12 and then switch for 2700k bulbs? if so, when should the bulbs be changed for flowering (2700k)?

well anything between 4000k - 7000k is further into the blue spectrum which is ideal for vegetative growth. Because it helps stimulate root,stem and leaf growth.
lighting >3000k is further on the red side of the spectrum which helps a plant realize its now time to flower.
But mixed lighting should definitely be utilized with the majority of 6500k bulbs during veg, and a majority of 2700k bulbs during flower.
