Hi this is my first time growing and I'm wandering if two rubbermaid totes stacked on top would provide enough room

Hiya Newgrower42, Depends on size of RubberMaid Totes(Plastic Tub???) UK and you would probably need to scrog/sog/ F.i.m...etc

A lot depends on what you want to achieve? The Space you have? And Budget? Not to mention the Strain you are going to try cultivating...and when plants Flower most of em stretch, some a LOT, some not so much..

Mine provides enough if you LST,bro. And you can run HID's and grow that stanky danky.
