sup man
id look for a nice place where theres lots of sun and no one goes around
you should check ur local frost dates and see when the last frost is. plant maybe a week after that. since ur in upstate new york im guessin may sometime so uve got a while to wait.
swamps might be too wet, but ive heard that burlap sacs work well if u need to plant in a swampy area.

i would hold off on thinking about nutes. finding a good spot is good for now.
before i answer that question...are u gonna bring in soil to the spot or plant them in the natural ground at the spot?

I would start them inside twards the end of this month .. leave them inside for about 30 days , Till your sure of NO MORE FROST .. and then put them in the ground with som pre mixed soil and leave no trace of you and dont go back till around july to sex them and pull the males .. then go back around holloween to check and see if they are ready to harvest if so , CUT THOSE BITCHES DOWN .. If not go back a week later .... Cheers ENJOY

I would check on them more often than just one time in July. I would at least check on them once every 2 weeks. You are most likely going to harvest before halloween especially for being upstate new york.

Swamps are the shiznit, man. They're one of the best places there are to grow. The thing is, there's almost always going to be high ground somewhere in the swamp - look for islands and high spots, so the roots are above the water table.

u shoould be able to plant here shortly actualy are weather is geting nice early this year my shits are going out on april 20 just for the fun of the day kind of thing
