I love tomatoes and grew for the farmers markets for a couple of years. For large tomatoes I like black krim, mortgage lifter, arkansas traveler, and brandywine beefsteak and san marzano. For smaller cherry types I go for yellow pear, Juliet grape tomatoes, And I think they were called sweet 100. I made and sold lots of salsa using that combination. People loved it. The black krim gives it a great smokey flavor.
