I'm not an organic grow type of guy, so these dudes probably know way more than me. They do look hungry. Just IMHO (not criticizing you), that soil looks aweful. Especially the last picture. It that wood chips/sticks in it? Hay? Just curious for my own knowledge....
I start my seedlings with 2 parts of FoxFarm Ocean Forest, and one part of #2 or #3 perlite. No food required for a good Month. Just water. Maybe try that next time? I can only say it works for me.....
Otherwise- they are really light green. Need food....

Posts above are probably more knowledgeable than mine, but I'll say this ---
when my plants are babies, I have a strong tendency to over-water; and yours look similar to mine in that condition IMHO.
Currently, my babies are a bit bigger than yours 2nd week, 3rd nodes coming in now.
Really easy to overwater when they're so small. I try to water about 5-6 oz of RO water - starting around the stalk and working to the middle.
