First time scrog in a cab.

Need a little help, this is my first time doing a cabinet scrog. My girls have been under 400 watt mh for a while. My screen is pretty well filled out and I was thinking of starting to flower them. Should I swap to my hps bulb before or after I go to 12 12 or does it not matter. Thanks.

keep the MH for the first few weeks or till her vertical growth slows down then make the change to you mps
she's gonna veg for that time might as well give her that sweet blue light (veg nutes wouldn't hurt either)

First thing, letting the scrog screen FILL BEFORE FLOWERING is asking for a headache... you are supposed to let it fill approx %25 THEN switch to flowering while training the new stretching branches through the screen...

Also, using blue spectrum lighting for the first 2-3 weeks of flowering will REDUCE STRETCHING DRAMATICALLY!!
