First time hydro grower WOW!

600W MH light DWC View attachment 936470in 5 gal grow buckets
Using RO water and Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Grow formula
Haven't supplemented with CalMag yet andView attachment 936469 wondering if I need to. The bottle of Pure Blend says you should if your using RO. Does anyone have a opinion on this?

The plants seem to be very happy! Just fimed the growing tips today. View attachment 936467The seeds were from good bagseed buds. I wanted to try my hand before germing the seeds I got from Nirvana. I got me some fem Blackjack, fem papaya, fem bubblelicious, and fem auroura indica. This should be fun!

to be honest.... i think your plants look very nice! I have seen so many growers' gardens; and too often I notice that people have ill looking plants- because of lack of knowledge on feeding, lighting, manicuring..etc. But I am very impressed with the way your babies look! good job and keep up the good work!
 
Plants look good......but it does look like your leaves are starting to show very minor signs of mag def on the 2 bigger plants.....on some of the lower leaves......notice some of the leaves are getting lighter and veins are darker.....or maybe it's the pic but that's what I'm seeing
 
Thanks Badfish! Luck really... and reading a lot on this site of course. One of the first things I got was my hanna combo meter. I like gadgets and of course controlling environments. I've kept a marine aquarium for a long time and making measurements and adjusting things is kinda second nature. It's amazing how much they drink. I went to away for a few days to a work conference and when I got back I had to add 3 gal of water and and nutes to get the numbers right. They grew like crazy while I was gone!

I got some Aurora going too for my first grow and find the Botanicare products great. Your plants are look schweet!
 
A little aadvise for ur Papaya. Dont top or fim. They will take over your garden horizontily. And are a pain in the ass to hold up.

Thanks! I was hoping I might pick up a few comments on peoples experience with the nirvana strains I'm soon to be having fun with. Appreciate any advice on anything!
