First time hermaphrodite, so much confusion please helpp

Hi,
I’m a newbie and this is my second harvest. Yesterday after a throughout check I was freaked out to find some of my plants owning both buds and seeds! I then carefully examined other plants that are in week 3 bloom and found these parts (as photos) that I’m not quite sure if they are hermas. Please anyone who have experience with this can you have a look and advise me what I can do now? Do I need to seperate the herma from other females (put them in separate room)?
Any help is much appreciated!

She's a female. What you're thinking are seeds are probably her swollen calyxes. She's fertile, lol.

Thanksss such a relief to hear! those are just some plants that are in week 3 bloom. Here are more photos of the buds with seeds (I assume) please have a look are they hermas? If true do I need to put them in separate rooms?

I dont see any herm parts but they do look a bit like the stigmas are browning a bit early for just week three...
edit: If the second set of pics got a full flower run they're probably fine how they look, I might have misread

Yes the second set of photos is of my late blooms. Thanks I’m quite relieved now

in the second set of pictures there's a calyx sticking up in the first pic that looks like it may have a seed. plants can herm in different ways. often its the pre flower that mutates and you get a male pollen sac. This is just below the bract where the flower normally grows. Sometimes the plant can also produce single pollen sacs (often called Nanners because they look like a small banana sticking out your flower.) And sometimes a flower will herm on a single calyx and you get a single seed formed. (people call these S1 seeds).
It does look like you have one of these in a couple of the pics. Squeeze the calyx, you'll know if its a seed when you do.

Oh wow massive thanks for the info!! I’ll try to squeeze them later today when they wake. In case they have seed, do I need to separate them from other plants? or should I harvest them now at this stage bc they are in late bloom anyway?

I bet when you break that up you find tons of tiny little white seeds throughout or if you don’t the pods themselves will give you that nasty taste have had similar issues in the past with heat and or other contributing factors assess your grow room and all variables might not be also but I’m thinking something happened there

I examined them just now and well there are white seeds. My room currently contains 2 strains - for each one I cloned from 2 mother plants (so 4 different genetics). They are all in late bloom, the soonest ready to harvest in 2-3 days. Not all of them develop seeds.
Please can you advise if I let them be and harvest as scheduled? Or I should harvest now?
Should I continue to use the mother plants/seeds that carry the same genetics as the ones that became hermie?

It won’t matter the seeds aren’t going anywhere and the taste will still be the same i’d just finish them out and see what you end up with

Exactly my case. They didn’t seem abnormal at all until this late bloom phase. So how did you handle it?

Just pinch off any male looking parts and carry on. You will still have a good amount of viable material to work with. Some people care a lot about herms some, like myself with limited plant counts, can’t afford to really care too much on a few male parts. Some strains it’s completely unavoidable within the genetics. Work with what you have and be aware. My first run had a few “dead” male flowers on the lowers that didn’t have usable pollen. Got lucky. Also found a seed on a random part of a plant that had no male parts on it. Shit like this happens in nature when it’s a genetic disposition

Herms are awesome if your not a commercial grower. It means a ton of feminized seeds for free and material to make concentrates.

I let them finish tossed a few buds out that where really loaded with them and smoked the rest it was all fine just had to remove those pesky white seeds when I broke it up we’ve all been there

I would have let them mature. I hate finding seeds they don't mature haha but that's just me.
