First time growing

this baby is about 15 days old, ive got it sitting under a 400w hps in the closet. Lighting was 18/6 but going 20/4 now to try and get it little bigger. Its all organic soil and nutes no chems here. I got a couple of bananas underneath it now also, i hear its supposed to raise the chances of it being female. This is my very first grow and any advice would help thanks!!

It's loking fine for 15 days from seed. increasing the light to 24 is good but it won't grow faster as a result. I'd make a banana split with that banana because it won't change the genes.......
