this one is 36 days alive and 12 days into flowering.... but still no sign of flowering... I'ts growing like an inch or so a day... When should I see the flowering begin. I mean I've made the grow as optimal as possible but still nothing...

oh man, problem!! leaves are drooping but she looks good about 3 ft... is that a ventilation problem...??? can anyone help a noob

You might want to do the ventilation thing and look at your water levels. A whole bunch of people will tell you you're overwatering or underwatering too.
For me, my gut reaction was that you're not getting enough water to your plants. After all, if there isn't enough water, then the plants can't maintain their shape, right?
Of course, it never hurts to improve your ventilation before it causes problems.
Your plants need air flow in order to continue respiration and to keep the plant healthy.
