First time grower with first time problems

Well i am back again with issues. Thankfully nothing has died on me and i don't think anything will, well i hope not. But i have these burnt tips leaves that are keeping me concerned. I use bontanicare pro grow and i have only used it twice so far i don't know if i am not using enough or if it is to little or if i need an extra supplement. I am watering with Poland springs. These babes are 4 weeks old they may look a little smaller than they should be because for a while the growth slowed down. I read up a lot but it seem people use so many different techniques i am not sure what to do. how often should nutes be given? and can anyone tell me what they think is wrong with my babies ?photo_2(2).JPGphoto_5.JPGphoto_1(2).JPGphoto_4(2).JPGphoto_2(3).JPGphoto_3(3).JPGphoto_1(3).JPG

How often should nutes be given ? There was browning happening before I ever added any nutes to the plants I thought it was getting better but it is moving up to the bigger leaves. I don't know how to go about correcting the problem without messing things up

what kind of soil are you useing, some soils already have ferts in them that are time relesed.so if you add nutes to soil that has ferts in it you may be over fertilizing your plants, also what is the ph of your soil.that can also cause problems, over watering will cause problems also, its best to start with the ferts you plan to use at half strenth at first to see how the plants respond to it,and then gradually raise the strenth a little at a time, sometimes less is more good luck

Is the Poland Springs water distilled? If it's spring or "drinking" water the PH might be out of whack or it might have "minerals for taste" which might be causing excess buildup of something the plant doesn't need.

Yeah I would suggest a ppm meter to check what the numbers are...I just killed a plant because the ppm of our water was too high...I would say to thoroughly flush the plant...unless you're using miracle gro soil

When they were seedlings I believe I used some miracle grow now that I transplanted them they are in an organic mix of perlite vermiculite and peat moss thanks for the info

does your nutes have a npk value on the bottle or label??? this will determine how much how often...by what it says to use..... and how much you used...sometimes can be something overlooked???

do you check ph? what is your temp/humidity???

My temp is from 70-85 and humidity is from 55-65 at night it tends to be higher. Botanicare pure blend pro grow 3-2-4 I am bot sure how to read this 3.0 n, phosphate 2.0, potash 4.0, calcium 1.0, mag .5. When I look up what's needed npk I think this is missing the p and k but this is what was recommended
