First time grower just have some questions

I have a couple problems with my new setup pix are Here. the pics on the bottom of the list are the most recent

Those are all the pics i have up to this point basically i have 1 clone that im kinda worried bout. not sure wat the problem is feedback would be great

I am running a hydroponics system that im only basically using right now to quickly water and then turn off. as well as to keep the mister resivoir full. Im using CFL's and 1 flood light that is placed about a foot or so away u can tell in the pic. And then i have another random bulb that will soon be changed to CFL as well just havent had the chance 2 go yet. Other than that i have three 2 to 3 week sprouts that are doing alright im just wondering whats up with this one

I keep the plants about an inch from the plants both the sprouts and the clone. As well as those plants i also have 3 seedling sprouts that i just threw in the dirt things today. Basically im wondering whats goin on with the 1 clone and whats going on with the 1 sprout and what do yall think of the setup? ima newbie so all the critizism possible would be great thx

first of all get rid of that flood light add more cfl's or hid , check in lighting section to find out what kind of light you need i am growing with 2 double floro tubes and 8 cfl's i have 4 plants , the flood light makes them grow to tall to fast , just by looking at the pic you should have about 3 or 4 leaf sets being that tall go to the newbie section on this site and read everything and go to the general plant growing section eveything you need to know is on here

which r u talking about the clone or the sprouts? that clone was given 2 me and i think it was cloned to big. im just wondering what the deal is cus the leaves have those wierd tips it is bout 6 days old.

on a side note i have been reading a bunch of stuff on here but i bought all the stuff b4 i got on here lol. bad idea. o well im gettin new stuff as i go im deff gettin more cfls thx for the info.

the tips are heat burns the flood loght is to hot for the little fellas and it is the wrong kinda light the clone ummmm well i have no ideal don't use any ferts til 3 or 4 weeks into veggie stage it could be too hot , wrong kight , nute stress, or cloned wrong i am new as well and just tried to clone i am gonna see if im doing it right as well lol but def get some more cfl's i am useing 8 (100)w 26 daylight cfl's and 2 double floro tubes and mine look pretty good so far

Okay so i redid everything basically i went in the CFL forum and learned what lights i needed. And what i needed was the direct opposite of what i have lol. so i went to home depot and i got 6 daylight 100 watt equiv CFL's and then i just kept 2 of the soft white bulbs i had. So now i have 8 total. Sittin in 4 sockets with a socket splitter in each to total 8. Check out my new pics and tell me if u think the lights are close enuf or to far away or whatever all info is helpful to me.

Pls hit me back with any info yall think is relevant. And do yall think i should just go get another 2 daylight bulbs or leave those 2 as softwhites? thx SyN

just remember to keep about an inch away and get a fan and put on them

ight so i got a small fan thats puttin out alot of air even on low. should i keep it on low? should i point the fan straight at them? or over the tops of them just to move air around? whats the plan for this fan? lol.

Okay so today i got the new fan. as well i changed those 2 out for 2 daylight bulbs new pics are up here im havin a problem with that clone thats there. its been almost 2 weeks and its not growin ne roots whats my problem? today when i went in there its wilted worse than ever....HELP!!

ok the fan is for stem stimulation it helps the stem get bigger as far as the clone it takes 15 days i am useing the powder RooTing and the nutes for the clone i picked it up at lowes it is called RooTing plant root hormone and stimulation nutriants, leave the fan on low poited directly at them

oh yeah you can tear the prune any dead leaves that are on there all the do is take away from your nutes

Will do....but heres whats up today. My friend brought ovr 3 of those emergency blankets. so i put them everywhere around the plants to replace the tin foil. i think they work alot better. i ordered mylar and its on the way but probably wont be here till early next week. so this will cover it in the mean time. But basically i think my clone is done because the kid that gave it to me doesnt know how to clone correctly but yesterday i taught him using mr greens i grow chronic vid. the 3 (3 week) sprouts are doing alil better i think. and my 3 seedlings have sprouted. new pics here

r u sure u can do that and not kill the plant? and if i do that do i just cut the leaf off or do i cut the whole stem of the leaf?

so i got a new resivoir with lid....10 gallon container that i filled alil more than half way and got the water right....i got another 20 gallon one under it that im turning into a cloner. iv put together the PVC pieces i need to make the sprayer. pics here. i just need another pump and a drill to cut holes for the actual sprayers. the pic shows only 2 sprayers i will actually have 4 to 6....2 or 3 on each side...and then ima cut holes in the lid and use those basket planters to make an aeroponics cloner. On a side note my sprouts are doing great. new pics of them are up here. the 3 week sprouts are doing alil better im learning how much 2 water better now. i think overwatering was deff my problem. what yall think

Okay so heres the new grow situation. I have now ordered and received my mylar. it does wonders. My closet looks like the sun from the outside lol. not only did i get the mylar now i have 12(23 watt) CFL's. my plants look pretty damn good. iv transplanted all 3 of the bigger plants into their own pots. as well as 2 of the smaller ones. im thinkin in the next 2 days or so i should b able to transplant the rest. check out the new pix and tell me what u think----- HERE

So my plants are going really good my friend came ovr today with one of his plants that was outside already that a deer knocked ovr and snapped. So we tried to clone it. we got 5 clones off it so put them in my little prop box. been keeping them misted. well see if they live or not. ill put pix of them up tomm. i didnt feel like moving them tonight. Theres some new pics of the other plants growth. all are looking pretty good. 1 of the the 4 week plants is doing really good. and the other 1 is well on its way to recovery from the bad lights i had in there before. The week old sprouts are also kicking ass i just finished moving the lights around and rearranging everything. Check out the new pix and tell me what yall think. My homemade aerocloner is also almost done ill post pix of that tomm as well as the pix of the clones. Feedback is appreciated. Thx - SyN

man im gad i now have 4 ak48 growing and there al female i panted them in 2 week periods

wow u lucked out....im hopeing that the month old plant i have is female cus its doing absolutely badass right now check out the pix in the signature
