first time grower.....help

I have just started growing and my 1st set of plants had yellow and brown spots on them after 3 weeks. What caused this?

give us your setup and everything you do to the plants, amount of watering, any nutrients you used, what type of soil there is, what temperatures there are.

Those plants have died but i have learned what the problem was, it was over watering. I watered multiple times a day.
