First of all, I'd like to let you guys know I'm a long time smoker, but a first time grower. This is my first time posting on this Forum also. Im currently making preparations for my first grow, and I plan to grow about 3-4 plants and see how it goes.
Here is my story. I'm 22 years old. I'm a University Student, which is quite local to me, therefore I'm living at home with my parents, and will be for at least the next couple of years. Basically, my Dad is totally cool with me growing some bud, but my mother however, is very old fashioned, and hates me even smoking the bud let alone growing it.
I have a very stealthy setup in a large IKEA closet, its not ideal, but given my circumstances it's the best I can do. I've done lots of research on growing and concealing the operation but the one thing I am most concerned about is the SMELL.
I just wanted to ask you guys, from experience, do you have any methods for concealing the smell? Besides the obvious things like Fresheners and Incense, etc... I dont mind spending a little extra cash for an effective method, so please let me know where you've had success. I'm gonna order my seeds over the next couple weeks but I just need to know two things:
1. At what Stage to the plants start to Stink really bad (and by bad i mean good
)
2. What is an effective method for concealing the operation in terms of STINK, not just from my old fashioned mother, but from any other house guests?
