first time grower... comments wanted

so its almost been a month sense my last post and these are the plants now. 2 have grown pretty strong but another one's growth was stunted or something cuz its just started to really grow again.

how many days of veg are you at now? seems like they should be a little bit bigger, but they are looking good non the less
 
dam i thought once you put your plants at 12/12 they start budding and dont grow as much.. ill switch it right away then
 
you should, but once you switch to flower they will still grow a good amount, i've seen asome plants grow an extra 2 ft just in flowering.
 
thats perfect that the hight that i would want it at.. im trying to be able to harvest by mid dec.. i hope i have females!! do males produce bud too? or just pollen sacks?
 
just pollen sacks man, once you switch to flower give it a week and you should be able to tell if they are fem
 
between 8 to 14 weeks depending on if it indica or sativa. but normally it will finish flowering about 8 weeks, sometimes you can go 9 weeks and get some extra resin production.
