First time grower, and plant looks like its stopped growing

Im growing a bagseed in Miracle Grow soil (I just found a hydro store, gonna grab some better soil soon) under 4 100watt CFLs. Temps are about 75 - 80F lights on, 65f off. Humidity is around 25% - 35%. Its almost a month old and it looks like its just stopped growing. It was goin great till about 2 weeks ago and every just haulted. There hasnt been any discoloring and I thouhgt I was just overwatering (dark droopy leaves) I let it dry out some and cut back the waterings. It perked up but still no growth. I checked the soil ph with a cheapo meter that you stick in the soil. It was pegged below 3 so I flushed the soil and watered with foxfarm growbig a couple days later. I noticed the stalk has done a rollercoaster loop and is growing horizontal. (kinda did its own LST lol). its picked up some but its still growing slow. Anyone have a suggestion?

Not sure about the stalk but I would buy a water PH meter and check your run off. 3 is damn near impossible with a soil grow but anything near that level would stunt the growth and kill it. How far along is it? Given the smaller pot size it looks pretty healthy (smaller pot will give a smaller plant).

Next time get round pots, the roots can twirl and move around easier. Make sure to fill those pots to the top too, more soil equals more roots which equals bigger plants and most importantly, bigger buds!

Its almost a month sprouted. I have a water ph meter. I try to get it around 6.3-6.8. I used the square pots to use as much space possible ( im basically growing in a cupboard ) I usually dont have any run off. Im using Miracle grow that prevents under and over-watering. I usually water once or twice a week, whenever the top of the soil is dry.

The runoff will tell you what the soil is doing to the Ph. You usually want to water untill you get a little bit. It also shows that there aren't any dry pockets in the soil. For furture refference Miracle grow isn't the best soil for bud. It has a lot of time released ferts that can put a damper on your buds taste.

MiracleGro. As in "its a miracle if anything will grow in that shit". No offense but get rid of that stuff. Its no good.

They are root bound. Raise the light a bit and put them in bigger pots, if you can't do that flower them now.

You can let the soil dry a bit and pull it out of the pot and check the roots.

Forget about Ph in soil. You're just going to fuck everything up trying to adjust it. Just forget about it.

shit looks like fusarium wilt, aka stem rot. that plant could potentially be dead yo.

edited to add:
if you wanna try saving it, i would probably pull it out like bonzi said, rough up the roots a bit, maybe chop an inch off of the roots or so, and repot. lay off the watering so much, definitely looks like it has been overwatered. also, that could be causing your stem to be looking shitty.
