Day 11 update:

I pruned some of the top leaves off to make the plant put some energy into making other branches. People give fluorescent lights a bad rap because these guys are doing nicely.

Week 2

Just added 2 Purple Urkels to the tent, I'm thinking about 2-3 more weeks of veg and they will be good to start the flowering cycle.

Quick updates:

AK-47 is not really growing any taller and the tips of it's leaves are turning yellow. - Any thoughts?

Purple Afgooey is doing great! I just pinched the top and started LST.

Purple Urkels are doing ok, I'm going to let sit a bit more before I start to trim them just to make sure they are nicely rooted.

Now for some pics:

Just picked up some 3000k t5 bulbs for my fixture and started the plant on a 12/12; Using 3 3000k and 1 6500k bulb.

I'll post pics tomorrow when I find the cord for my camera.

$500 and a couple hours of labor and I have my flowering room up and running. Here are the stats on it:

5.5' x 5.5' x 5.5'
600w Nano Ballast with a GE HPS Bulb
The floor is slightly slanted for drain to waste.

Switched my nutrients to Advanced Nutrients: Sensi Grow A/B, Sensi Bloom A/B, Sensizyme

Veg tent is on 24hr lighting schedule

Flower tent is 12/12 and sits @70-72F

The flower could of been built a bit better, I was pretty well medicated and didn't follow the olde "measure twice, cut once" proverb. It still works very nicely! Waiting for my first crop out so I can get some better equipment, Only about 1k deep in equipment so far.

Lookin nice man!!! The girls seem to be really enjoying your company from what I can see That P afgoey looks delicious so far can't wait to see her further in!! Keep on lovin' em and they'll return the favour!

Blue dream is one of my personal fav's as well, CAN'T wait to see her grow up !! Good choice on strains! Not really one for the AK but she's lookin good to me

Next week I'm going to see if I can borrow my buddy's DSLR camera so I can get some BA bud shots, right now I'm just using my phone. Just trimmed the Purple Afgoey up some, got rid of all the little popcorn buds near the bottom. That baby plant that is in my flower room is a Purple Afgooey as well, trying to figure out at which height I can throw them into flowering.

Need some help before my Purple Erkle ladies die. I haven't noticed any growth with these 3 clones for about 3 weeks. I'm afraid they are too far gone to recover. If, anyone knows a way to bring them back to life let me know.

I'd do some LST'ing. Its easy and safe to not stress your plant out. Lst'ing usually yields well too . Either way, keep growin' n showin'

I flushed the clones that were in trouble with some distilled water and let them dry out completely and now they are doing great. I should have a mother Purple Erkle here in the next month.

Spider egg season has started does anyone have any suggestions on safe bug control? I've just been manually squishing them as I see them near the tent, I hear neem oil is good.
