What size space and how many plants you looking to grow?

4 plants, And as far as space goes I’m in my garage so it’s wide open, 24x24 so I can make what ever size needed, was thinking 4x4?
Ok cool. I went the LED route and what I found was I could grow fine plants but they were lacking in density. To get an LED setup that would be equivilant to MH/HPS it would have cost me $800 to $1000 Canadian. I upgraded to a new HPS/MH light system which is pretty nice. From all I have read it should really help with yields. It is currently in a 5x5 tent and is dimmable. It has settings for 600, 750, 1000 and 1100 watts. Comes with a timer, MH and HPS bulbs. It also has a hood that as sealed and can be hooked to an exhaust system for cooling if needed. It is also the same cost as the one you are looking for. Just going by what I just went through researching lights and getting many opinions on this site I found the light I put the link in for to be perfect for 4 plants in my space. Hope this helps.
Absolutely, I almost pulled the trigger on the led, being my main concern being hard on the electricity, heat. Was looking to slowly build an led system but not sure if I wanna spend that kind of coin!
Fair enough. I went this way as I don't want to have to buy anything more for a while so it was a good investment. The fact that I can use it on multiple settings means I can control the cost hydro use and the extra yield also has value. You can get plenty of LED lights but they are very limited unless you either buy very good ones or build very good ones yourself which is a route many take. I grow in coco and found that indoor growing is a serious investment of time so if I am going to take 4 plus months tending 4 plants I want them to give me all they can. No matter what you choose have fun with it and if you get smokeable bud in the end than you win. And hello to the East Coast, lived there a few times, beautiful part of the country.
Well thanks for putting me on the right track, I’m glad I asked or I would of bought that other light earlier. I’m going to be putting me order in tonite! Where abouts on the east cost did you live? Cheers!
My Pleasure. I spent a bunch of time on the east coast. Lived in Halifax a few times, Dartmouth and Bedford. I spent a bunch of time in the Misty Moon where I got to see Trooper, Jeff Healey, The Spoons and a ton of other bands although they closed that place last time I was there. I also traveled with Bill Lynch shows as well, they were interesting times. Got to check out Newfoundland and PEI as well, stayed on Cavendish beach.
