bud worms i bet...check in the middle of the brown buds for bits of cobwebs and bits of worm poo, looks like brown dust. if you dig in, sometimes even burrowed in the stem. they are a pain but really hard to get rid of, i usually get a couple every year

also... i have beeb using molassas in my watering the last week or so ... and i think i have attracted ants to the soil... any idea what i should do? like should i stop the molassas? cause i know it swells the buds if used during flowering... i just need some help.. thanks

molasis i think is just sugar for microbial gizmos, doesn't really improve yield i don't think, just allows the plant to better absorb nutes, though it probably doesn't do much of anything. nute companys started selling wattered down molasis a few years back for rediculas prices, if you ask me it's just them trying to make a buck and wont be helpful, the ants your seeing only want sugar and probably wont bother your plant, i wouldn't worry about them that much, but not using molasis will probably make them go away.

oh... because i have the "marijuana horticulture medical grower's bible" written by jorge Cervantes and he says if applied in the 6 weeks of flowering molasis swells the buds up to 20% .. so thats the impression i was under...

you should check out video man's post on molasses, it has good info and also states that it makes the bud's swell by doing this. I believe it because i have been doing it and it seems to work. I believe that his post also says that molasses helps to keep pests away, not attract them. hope this helps.
