First time grow afghani

This is my first real grow, i started with three afghani seeds that i germinated directly in jiffy cubes, really easy to use. It is about the fourth day and all of them have sprouted. The cubes have just been sitting in a pan with a small amount of water at the bottom to help raise the humidity on top of a heating pad. I soaked the seeds over night in a glass of water and none of them sank, i heard that it was good if they did, are these crappy seeds?

the lighting situation is 12 cfls 4 being 13w and 8 being 23w and a 400w hps for flowering.
