First time grow 1x white widow and 1x ice anyone care to give me some advice and tips

Hey fellow growers its LengyBlueCheese here and this is my first grow, Well I planted my two germinated seedlings on the 27th of December and they are currently 3 weeks old today. The white widow seedling is flourishing and nicely developed however my ice seedling has grew with some deformities though it is keeping up with growth like my other seedling but through further research I decided to keep it and see what it turns out like.I decided to LST my ice plant to encourage growth and see if it will perhaps increase my yield, I also would like to supercrop my white widow plant as it is growing at a much faster and healthier rate than my other but this is where I am stuck because I am unsure if it is big enough to supercrop.

The plant is roughly 5.5-6.0 inches tall.

I will attaches some pics of the plants any help, tips or advice would be great regarding this subject and anything else to do with indoor growing as I am a newbie.

Well I think it looks good for 3 weeks old. If and when you replant it to a larger pot, make your next mix with like 20-30% perlite, it is a good thing for moisture and aeration in your pot.

Cheers I am currently using canna coco professional plus medium I has both seedlings in 1L pots under my sunblaster 17w florescent light in my nano dome propagator for two weeks then transplanted the plant root balls into 10L pots which I then put in my black orchid tent under a 250w dual spectrum light two extractors for output and input carbon filter and also a circulation fan. I plan on vegging them for another 4 week and then put into flowering as I dont have enough grow room to transplant them into bigger pots. Although I may consider doing just 1 plant next time in a 20-25 litre pot and vegging it for 2 month.

Thanks for the tip dude I am going to have to grab some perlite from my hydro store it is new to me so is there a paticular brand to go for.
