First time CFL grow 'Wonder Woman' and Bagseed

Okay so at long last my final BS plant has sexed itself as a male.....

This isn't the worst of news, so as a recap I now have 2 BS females and 1 WW female remaining in my grow space. 3 fems from 6 plants is just lucky considering this is my first grow. Tomorrow will be 14 full days of 12/12 and watering day. As I mentioned earlier I will be adding molasses to my water to fatten up my buds on the WW and hopefully accelerate bud growth on both the BS plants.

Smelly, I will be using your advice and mixing 1tbsp into a 4L(1gal = 3.78L) jug of distilled water. That jug can be distributed evenly among my 3 plants (2L for WW, 1L per BS).

Monday should be interesting when I take more pics of the ladies, I'm hoping for some serious growth.
Sounds good, its kind of a pain mixing the molasses but its well worth it!! Keep those cfl's close and you will see some nice bud growth from the WW no doubt!!

Don't forget the molasses will go stale if you let it sit, I found that out the hard way lol..

You did a lot better than i did sexing my first time around, I had 3/4 males. Although I was lucky to have the one female so i wasn't to upset!

Okay this one came out of left field....

So I had separated my males from my garden and placed them into my herb garden in the front window while I wait for garbage day to chop up and double bag them. Now I have no idea why I decided to check again, but as I was confirming that the plant I pulled today was a male I discovered that it is actually a hermi. Now I really wasn't expecting this and I'm not quite sure how to handle the situation. Do I chop it up as planned? Or do I attempt to remove the pollen sacks and place the plant back into the growing area??? Now I understand the obvious risk involved here. If I fail to remove ALL the pollen sacks I could end up pollinating all 3 of my females.

This time I really need some experienced advice...

I don't have any experience with hermi's yet "knock on wood lol.." But I can tell you that I wouldn't take the chance! Just put all your care into the 100% females and get some good bud :)

Any chance you have a seperate room. Maybe set up a half ass spot and get what you get budwise and some seeds.
I had some hermie seeds but waited to long to germ and they they didnt make it.
anyone know if hermie seeds produce hermies or are they the same as any seed 50/50?

Hermies produce hermies, from what I hear.. Makes sense its hermi genetics lol.. Now if you took hermi pollen and pollinated a true female that would be different, I would assume!!

Not exactly sure, never looked into it.. I think it could have to do something with hermi's though.. Might be worth looking into.
Hmmm, maybe this is something I can tackle later on when I'm a little more experienced on this whole growing thing. But I have decided to get rid of it, I don't think it's worth risking 3 healthy females just to have slightly more weight.

Where did my reply go?
Second try.
I googled how to fem seeds. http://www.seedsplaza.com/create-feminized-cannabis-seeds-at-home.html is an intersting article. Mostly what I found is hermies dont produce fems, hermies polinating fem plant doesnt do it and those who fem seeds seem to keep it a secret.
So I will keep to my proven method of producing fem seeds. I cross my credit card with www.nirvanashop.com and 10-14 days later I have fem seeds.
LoL, nirvana tried and true :) Just don't expect there shortrider to autoflower lol..

Yea three females will be plenty to handle your first time around!

Another note on nirvana. They did me right with my last order. I froze a batch of sprouts when I lost electric one night and they replaced the entire order when I wrote and told them what happened. I offered to pay shipping and they declined and shipped on their dime.
Customer for life.

I guess this is the point where I know I've made some significant progress. Buds have started forming on all 3 plants. The WW has bud sites forming from top to bottom on all 4 stocks, and are getting bigger by the day. The BS plants just have the beginnings of buds but are growing equally as fast as the WW. I watered with molasses last thursday and I didn't notice any difference. But I'll continue to use it every other watering or so.

Day 18 of flower...

Pics 1-3 are WW, 4-6 are BS1, 7-12 are BS2 had to LST this one it looked to be getting stretched and was reaching way past the lights

The WW looks a litte curly/droopy. Is that too much water? My WW is off to a rough start. Only 2 out of 5 germed and those 2 are off to a slow start.
The pic is the bs 8 days from 1st day in a paper towel.

could be he just watered them or they might be overwatered.. Your WW looks about right for 8 days from germ.. They don't start to explode until they devolp roots like every other plant.

I can't explain it, although I have been trying to figure it out. I keep them watered when the weight of the pot is light. If the pot has weight then I don't water. I watered the WW right before that picture, but the leaves around 2 of the colas are curled and folded all the time, but other leaves look just fine. Only used molasses once so I don't think that would affect it. I try to to keep the water at 6.5pH, maybe I'll try aiming a little lower, like 6.1, see if that makes a difference.

So today is day 28 of flowering,

I watered the girls yesterday with ~6.3pH and have been using molasses every other watering. Crystals have started to form on all three pants and some hairs have begun to change color. I still have 4 weeks left so I'm slightly bothered that the hairs have begun to change. Another thing that is bothering me is that I feel like growth has really slowed. Do the buds swell much during the last 3 weeks of flowering???? I hope so...

Pics 1-4 are WW, 5-8 are my smaller BS (super healthy), 9-11 are the other BS (this plant is loosing all of its fan leaves really early, should I be worried?)

What happened to pic 6 and 11? Did you cut some leaves off? They look kinda funky. Like Charlie Browns Christmas tree.
