First time cabinet grow.

Thinking of trying my hand at finishing some plants in a homemade cabinet. I was blessed to have to many female plants pop for my usual outdoor grow and just happened to acquire an old metal locker. a friend saw the locker and suggested i turn it into a grow locker. rough dimensions of the locker is 24"x20" and about 6 feet tall. I painted the inside gloss white and found an old tote that fit just right. i'm trying to decide if i will have room for two plants if i top them and pinch them and use some 3inch wire mesh to scrog them. Also need to know if a 400 watt mh/hps would be enough. I don't mind spending some cash on this little project but deff want some happy girls in the end. What about air circ, I have a spare 6" fan and plenty of duct work. What do ya think...all suggestions appreciated.

I think flat white paint is better. Also will you be splitting the locker into two halves, one for veg one for flower?
