First time bubble hash with washer

So I read a lot, and watched a ton of YouTube, and decided to spring for an apartment washer http://www.sepgo.com/205-sonya-132lbs-portable-washer-syw-60s.html .I got it for 200bux an couldn't really afford a full size top load.
I used fresh frozen trim, 220 zippered work bag, and a set of 220, 160, 110, 73, and 25 micron, 5 gallon all mesh bags.
So I threw in about 11 lbs of ice, work bag with 450g of high quality og kush trim (with some ice in the bag) and another 6 lbs of ice on top, filled with water, let soak for 10min, set to wash and.........nothing. Machine wouldn't spin.
After a bunch of fiddling around, removing a bunch of ice, it finally worked.
After running 2 10minute washes with the first bag, and a second bag with another 450g for 2 washes, the results were terrible. Didn't weigh it yet (it's not dry), and I only keep the 110, 73 and 25 bags, but it looks as tho I only got about 10g :(
So 3 questions:
1. If the machine is rated for 13.3 lbs, is that my ice limit? Otherwise the machine won't spin?
2. What did I do wrong?
3. How do I do better?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I would assume that yes, the machine is probably not powerful enough to agitate any more than 13.3lbs in ice/trim. Can't really picture how big that machine is but 1lb of trim might be too much for that size of machine. Start with frozen material. If its fresh/frozen trim let it soak for 15 mins, if dry/frozen let it soak for 25 mins before agitation. I like to manually turn the bag in the machine a few times during the cycle to make sure agitation is sufficient. The beauty of a machine is you can't really over agitate it so let it run for at least 15-20 mins per pull, doing 2 runs on the same material. After the second run, make sure and rinse the machine out into your bags with ice cold water. Also make sure you are rinsing the trichs through the lager bags to the smaller ones when collecting... they can get trapped in all the crap that the larger mic bags catch and if you dont rinse them through good, then you are tossing out good stuff in the larger mic bags. Maybe try using a different wash setting..and if all that doesn't work.. Maybe that machine just sucks a cleaning.

Thanks for the tips. Ran it longer today, and used more ice (figured out some functions) and by eye I almost doubled my results. Thanks again
