First time bubble hash, tips appriciated.

Just looking for any tips on my soon to be first time. I bought a Bubblebag due 5gal set. 220, 160, 120, 73 and 25 micron bags. No washer just going to hand stir with wooden spoon. Just wondering how you guys do it. How many times do you run the same buds, how much bud, how much ice do you use(can you freeze water to right before it comes solid or do you still need cubes?), just anything you find useful on my first time. Thank you.
