I know I could paint it white, or give it some other reflective surface on the inside to improve light absorption by the plant. What are some other things I can do to improve it?

What it has:
Two CFLs, 13w 2200 lumens each.
Two fans, usb powered, Fan Specs-
  1. 47.28 Cubic Feet Per Minute
  2. 3000 RPM
  3. Est. Lifespan is 30k hrs. (3.4 years of usage)
  4. 80mm in size
One 15 watt LED array. Unknown lumens.

Plan On Adding:
Coke Bottle CO2 generator.

I'm looking to use this to grow 1 auto Blue Himalaya, keeping the plant small. Might switch to using sock hydroponic method, currently going with rope wicking hydrop method. (very similar)

*bump*

Update* I am using the sock hydro method. Tested it on some Basil and it works great.
In addition to cabinet comments, what are some good nutes to use?

Here is my current setup.

I can make some small changes to the cabinet to eliminate light leak and have a suitable flowering room I think.

Definitely Should work. I would line the inside though. to reflect the light more while sealing out the light. Whether its emergency blankets or mylar. Im using a radiant barrier from lowes. 23 dollars but helps control my temp. Ive used a box about the same and now im testing out the rubbermaid box.

You are coming late to the game man :), cabinet is in use and working fantastically. View my signature for my 1st grow thread.

Because you have an LED panel you should move it alot closer to the plants, they emit little to no heat at all so you should try to get it as close as possible, then perhaps putting the cfls underneath and on the side with reflective mylar or foylon
