This is my first time growing and as such do not have a lot of the equipment yet so I apologize in advance for the lack of information.
I planted my germinated seeds about 10 days ago and they all sprouted and were looking healthy until I noticed that the first true leaves coming in looked weird and wrinkled like this on a few of the plants.

This picture was taken at around 7 days. By this point around half the plants had true leaves like this and even the ones that didn't seem to be growing a bit slower than the guides I have been reading. I left the plants to grow and this is what they look like now at day 10.

(I know I'm not supposed to put two seedlings in one cup but this is my first time growing and I wanted to experiment) The one on the bottom did not look too wrinkly when the leaves were coming in and they turned out like this but the top one looked quite similar to the first image and it turned out looking like that.

This plant is by far my healthiest looking one (I think). It never had any wrinkled true leaves and this plant is easily the largest out of all of them by a pretty large amount. The brown on the cotyledon is just leftover from the seed casing.

This plant is the same plant that was in the first picture but 3 days later. The leaves are still wrinkled but are growing.

This plant also has the wrinkling on the true leaves. I'm pretty sure there are more things wrong with this plant than just whatever is making the leaves wrinkly as it was further from the light than the rest.

This plant looks fine and it is actually the shortest and looks like a darker shade of green than the other healthy one but I do not know why its leaves are so narrow and small compared to the other one.
I am growing in "Natural and Organic Professional Container Mix" from Better Homes and Gardens
I watered for the first time 5 days after germination with Pittsburgh tap water that I let sit for a few days to get rid of the chlorine.
Ever since then I have been watering it a few spoonfuls of water whenever the dirt seems dry.
