Oh yeah, I can see that probably being a common mistake people make. It's crazy how different things can be considering you're growing the same plant. Soil has this lag time that I really hate, it's like sending a message to someone on mars and having to wait for the reply. All that time in between gets my mind overthinking which isn't good. With hydro, it's a lot more immediate, from what I understand, which is why I'm very interested in atleast starting out with a hempy bucket or two next grow, if not what you have, DWC w/ a reservoir.

Yeh, I think I over LST'd mine. Also, after I topped iniationally, and LST'd, there were a lot of bud sights, I then continued to top THOSE lol, and once the plants recovered they just thickened up to the point of I would say not a good thing...the scrog was installed 8 inches above the soil line lol.

Yeah it’s immediate. I check all the essintials every day and change water mixture once a week. Main thing to worry about is root rot in my opinion once you have ph and ppm down to a science. The flux of temps can cause bacteria growth, algae, and things that will kill the shit out of your plants from what I hear. I’m OCD... so the tediousness of hydroponics gets my fix in lol

I’ve heard of double scrogging. I have a buddy growing and he has like three scrog nets. One on the lower end and the bigger they got he used more nets. His plants are knarly.

I hear you, I'm not OCD, but very in-depth. To the point where I misunderstand something because I overthought it. I get bored easily, too. It's all great and fun when I'm working with my plants but plenty of times where I'm just bored outta my mind. I'd like having to pay more attention to details and amounts and percentages etc. My grow room is a constant 65-69 (room the tent is) so I wouldn't need a water chiller, but I do need an RO filter, rest I can build. And they're expensive lol

That’s fine I’ll be posting from here on out on her progress. You can throw any questions at me you want. If I don’t have an answer there are a couple people here that are awesome on rollitup.

A week has gone by and she’s starting to flower!!! She went through explosive growing and got a lot taller. It’s hard to use strong now to spread her out so I think a second bet will suffice.

nice looking plants iv never flowered with a led all be watching to see what your yeild is and how dense they are i wish you luck

I posted a pic of some other plants I have under led and they have a couple weeks to go 59C77918-F557-4C8F-B192-629FE2A4C268.jpegI think it depends on strain and nute mixture to be honest. The strain I had before these had small buds and a lot of them but I would put them up against any medical bought from the dispensary. I was surprised. Big buds are way more than just lights.
